Each time I was unjust imprisoned I complaint to the judges starting since July/August 2000 at the immigration prison court in Houston, Texas and to all the unjust over 20 imprisonment since 2001 between Netherlands and Germany.
Also I went several times to the headquarter of the police department in Munich, Germany and handed them a written complaint, but they refused to take it and pretended as if I am mentally sick, and unjustly imprisoned me each time I file a written complain. During which I also filed several written and verbal complaints to the judges, but instead they always ignored my complaints and sentenced me to a few days to 6 months in prison. At that time and prior to 2006 I did not know that many of my fake family members were members of the evil German government such as Ali Bark alias the police president of Munich professor Dr. Manfred Schreiber, a drug lord in the name of national security and the hidden father of Dr. Claus-Dieter Fischer the current CEO of the brainwash and kidnap company UDF Consulting AG that conspired in cooperation with the government to brainwash me kidnap me from Germany to USA from 1984-1986.

1. Pre-explanation: I was living as political asylum refugee between Munich (many forced upon me relocations within this time), Fasanenpark and the CIA city Unterschleissheim, Germany from January 1970 to 1975, during which and every 1-3 months I had to renew my temporary residence permit as refugee. I was forced to marry the American military intelligence agent Anita Disbray and move to the CIA city Unterschleissheim in 1973, that was officially English citizen and indirect member of the terrorist group IRA through her brother-in-law in Ireland, whereby her actual identity is uncertain to me due to she had exchanged places with several lookalike without me noticing at that time. Also her original nationality is unknown to me, most probably American, possibly Dutch, Australian or even German. Also and from April 1970 to 1972 I was locked up by brainwash in the American military base McGraw kasern where I was severely brainwashed and enslaved under Anita Disbray. Then I was tricked to move to the student home of the University of Munich as a part of a vicious set up and persecution linking me unjustly to the vicious terrorist attack on the 1972 Munich Olympics. All-in-all everything was fake on Anita Disbray, not only her family but also her age, she was 100% over 50 years old and her papers were showing 21 years old in 1970, and that was one of the most vicious crimes performed upon me by the evil American military while I was officially under 18 years old as I get to know her through American military setup.
2. 1973 I relocated to the CIA city Unterschleissheim after marrying the American military intelligence agent Anita Disbray, and they repeated this evil slavery by older women trick through Renee Zielske and Najlaa Mahmoud, both of them pretended to be under 35 at that time and they were at least 20 years older military whores.
3. Between 1973 and 1975 I had often desperate thoughts to become free, free of asylum, free of renewal of asylum residence permit every 1-3 months, free of being not allowed to travel, free of not being allowed to see any other part of Europe, free of not being allowed to visit my family in England and the Middle East, whereby and at that time I did know that my family is not my family, I did not know that I was kept as hostage to not see the fake members of my family in the Middle East because they were not living under the identity that I knew them from. So I often had thoughts maybe I should immigrate to Canada, USA, Australia, or even South Africa however I very quickly rejected the thought of USA due to I did not like the behavior and how I was treated at the American military base McGraw kasern in Munich. I went 1-2 times and get information of 1-2 of the consulates of these countries and soon thereafter I throw them away.
4. 1975, possibly it was 1974. My fake Grandmother Samiyath Khayat a very look alike of John D. Rockefeller junior the Second alias my grand uncle Fuad Khayat and possibly Samiyath Khayat was John D. Rockefeller junior the Second or was possibly Mary Elizabeth Tennant. Thereafter I was set up as mentioned below.
5. Around October or November 1995 I was fed up with this locked up refugee status and wanted to have my own attorney, because and until then I had several attorneys (Attorney-1, Attorney-2, Attorney-3) provided to me by the German government through the Catholic church alleged charity organization in Germany called Charitas and all of them betrayed me and helped keeping me locked up
6. I was forced by a setup to go to a private attorney, and I did not know anyone around my life at that time, except the evil American military agent Anita Disbray that pretended also not to know anyone around our lives except her alleged family in England, but also always pretended to be harmless and stupid. So I picked up an attorney from the TV news allegedly the best in town named Rolf Bossi. Since I know today that this attorney was a setup, this mean Anita Disbray manipulated me to choose this attorney.
7. Rolf Bossi Setup:
7.1. First of all he never told me that I was illegible for a normal status in Germany due to my wife Anita Disbray is English and member of the former European Common Market alias the current European Union and that alone shows how evil is this attorney in that he kept that secret of me
7.2. He told me I have 2 choices to become free, either marry a German woman, whereby he knew I was not able to do that due to I was married, second is to change my religion from Moslem to Christian and therewith and based on the information he provided me I am then wanted by the Syrian government and to be executed by hanging or other means due to I left the religion Islam. Since I was desperate to become free, so I was forced to choose to change my religion to Christian. I asked him how to become a Christian, he said just go to any church and tell them you want to be baptized and then get me the baptize certificate and I get you an approved asylum
8. I went to the nearest church I thought that it was my choice, today I know I was delegated=forced to go to this particular church, among others because I was in the state of Bavaria, Germany that was over 80% Catholic church members at that time, yet I went to the Evangelical church, second American military is mainly evangelical and strongly support Evangelical as mean of fighting Catholics
9. This church named Evangelical Lutheran Genezareth church of Unterschleissheim, turned out to be controlled only by American military and that is why today I call it CIA church and CIA city Unterschleissheim.
10. After contacting this Evangelical Lutheran Genezareth church in the CIA city Unterschleissheim and was given bible lessons several times a week, thereafter, around one month I was brainwashed to feel guilty about using them to get a political asylum, which was a trick to prevent me of getting my asylum approval, and suddenly I was forced to think that I don’t use the church for something like that, and that I would never use this baptize certificate to approve my asylum. It was all brainwash forced upon me to prevent of getting free.
11. A couple of months later, around May or June 1976 and as I went to renew my asylum residence permit, as I always do every 1-3 months, the German immigration told me if I withdraw my asylum they would give me a residence permit based on me being married to an English woman and member of the European Common Market=European Union, I immediately felt happy and did not think about all the hidden traps they build for me, I just wanted to be free. The only requirement was that I had to allegedly have a passport so they can place this residence permit in it, but I was living already 7 years with residence permit issued on a small piece of shit of a paper that they throw away every 1-3 months and issue a new one, but I was prevented of thinking, because I was being brainwashed on a continuous basis.
12. To make it short and after a lot of set ups in a joint cooperation between the Syrian consulate in Bonn, Germany, but also in Geneva Switzerland through my fake uncle the American agent Jalal Baroudi and in London through my fake sister the American agent Fadia Nagar, the immigration authority in Munich, my fake family and the American military, I received a new fake Syrian passport and the German immigration gave me that promised residence permit. But it was a long term trap that I did not see at that time and I only saw this trap starting after the year 2000.
13. The only term to get this residence permit was to have a fake Syrian passport, whereby I did not know that it was fake but the evil German and American governments that were controlling my life at that time and today knew that and in matter of fact they helped falsifying my identity over and over again and even today, and I hate them all for that, because ever since I am suffering severely because they forced me to be totally under their control, and not being free even today in Netherlands, I am dependent on the Dutch government and their alleged mercy and social help.
14. Around the beginning of September 1977 the American military intelligence officially disappeared of my life, however they continued to manipulate my life from the background, at least through my evil fake family that were their agents, but also through several other agents immediately around my life at Siemens AG and elsewhere.
15. Some times in 1978 I was forced to leave the CIA city Unterschleissheim, and was often setup to never come back again, but and at that time I loved the church, because it was the only time that I had so many friends or any friends at all, or at least that is what I thought to see in them, and therefore I continued to go back, at least for a visit, until all of them in a joint effort brainwashed me and kidnapped me from Germany to USA in October 1986
16. From 1976-1978, I was surrounded by CIA and American military intelligence agents that pretended to be freeing me of the evil American military intelligence agent Anita Disbray that was over 57 years old by then and pretended to be 27 years old, but she was set on me by them but in another location, so they all were acting. 17. After I became Christian, and very suddenly I received too many visits of the evil members of my fake family, in other words and between 1970 until 1976 I had only around 4-5 visit of them, and between 1976-1978 I had over 40 visits (including me forced to visit them in Switzerland and England) by various members, also new members I never knew prior to that such as the terrorist Dr. Sami Assassa that later set me up at Siemens AG and in many other occasions
18. From 1976-1986 and in a joint cooperation between the evil German government and the evil Syrian consulate, they terrorized my life in renewing my German residence permit, and each one is blaming the other while I am suffering, in that the German immigration claimed they can only give me residence permit on a valid Syrian passport, to force my mind to think that I am Syrian origin, while not giving me any rights in Germany and forcing me always to live in fear as a foreigner, and on the other side the Syrian consulate would always renew my fake Syrian passport after a lot of trouble that accumulate to terrorizing my life, then giving me that renewal of my passport to a shorter and shorter period from 2 years to 1 year to at the end one month and later even canceling my entire Syrian passport in September 1986, and therefore they all were 100% working together to cover up for all the evil criminal agents working for them as members of my fake family in particular George W. Bush that I was used for him as a double and decoy since my birth, but also my fake cousin Dr. Basam Baroudi alias Juergen Moellemann and his evil criminal father the ex-German foreign minister Hans-Dietrich Genscher as well the Ali Bark alias the German police president in Munich professor Dr. Manfred Schreiber a drug lord in the name of American and German national security.
19. Thereafter Siemens AG took over the control of my evil life and done more damage than good because and today I am still locked up, and still need a passport, a visa and a lot of money to go to anywhere. Therewith passports and visa are nothing else but the great Chinese wall, or the smaller Russian wall in Berlin from 1961 to 1989 or the Israeli wall in Gaza and many other hidden walls to keep innocent people locked up while these evil criminal steal everything in life, land, businesses, money, food and the list is endless and all in the name of national security.
All-in-all it is very visible that there were at least 2 different groups mentioned above that are pretending to fight each other and using me, such as the contradiction of the attorney Rolf Bossi and the Evangelical Lutheran Genezareth church of the CIA city Unterschleissheim and Siemens AG that are pretending to be cooperating in fighting the American military intelligence around my life, and therewith fighting the German government that consisting of Americans military intelligence and members of my fake family, but also many at Siemens AG and all at the Evangelical Lutheran Genezareth church are also CIA and/or American military intelligence, which is all paradoxes in that they are fighting their selves, and paradoxes are 100% man created brainwash methods to confuse the others about their own identities and intentions.
Setting me up and preventing me of having the
German citizenship
1. 1978 I was set up again, but this time by Siemens AG to live as slave and hostage under the agent Renee Zielske, where I have total memory loop holes how long I lived with this criminal agent that was also very old and pretended to be at that time around 35 years old
2. April 1980 or April 1981 I was set up by Mohamad Attar, an American military intelligence agent that pretending to be Syrian living in Germany with Syrian and German nationalities. He introduced me to Adelheid Kuczka that was 100% one of two, either American military agents due to all the circumstance and situations around her life and mine, or she was 100% controlled by American military intelligence and the German government members that were simultaneously members of my fake family in the Middle East.
3. I was set up so many times by Adelheid Kuczka and the American military intelligence surrounding her as well as from the official but fake members of my fake family such as Mohamad Nashaat Naggar alias Nick Naggar, Hayat Baroudi, Dr. Sami Assassa and many others, and each set up was a total damage to my life, as well as to me personally and mentally
4. To make it short, on 17.10.1984 I was set up to have a physical fight with Adelheid Kuczka, whereby she attacked me and I just defended myself and then reported me to the police as if I hit her and based on that the German immigration refused to give me an unlimited residence permit (the pre-requirement for a German citizenship) that I was 100% entitled to by the German law, and therewith I was deprived of my rights of getting German citizenship after living 17 years in Germany. I never saw Adelheid Kuczka after that date and until January 2001, whereby I am not certain any more if it was really her, due to and from 2001-2003/2004 I saw her a few times and each time and much later I discover discrepancies between the individual Adelheid Kuczka’s that I met, which led me to conclude it was at least two different look alike persons.
5. This point is out of sequence, time wise; however it is connected to the above point. Between 2001 and 2004 and later I was severely set up by Adelheid Kuczka, the Dutch government, German police and the hidden evil CIA and American military intelligence as follow:
5.1. While I was locked up as a refugee in Netherland from February 2001 to January 2002, I was forced by brainwash and ESP to go to Germany, but I did not want because I was very disappointed by all the persons of my past due to all the damages they performed upon my life. However I went to Germany for 2 days on 19.12.2001 and again on 7.01.2002 for 7 weeks, five weeks of them unjustly imprisoned, whereby the second time I was manipulated to go to the fake Evangelical Lutheran Genezareth church of the CIA city Unterschleissheim, Germany and also to see Adelheid Kuczka. Then I was manipulated to go and protest at the German immigration offices in Munich, which led them to arrest me, unjustly imprison me for around 5 weeks and then deport me back to the Netherlands in February 2002
5.2. From February 2002 and until May 2005/6, I maintained contact with some members of the fake Evangelical Lutheran church of Unterschleissheim such as the pastor Karin Kittlaus that I did not know prior to the year 2001, Klaus Schneider and others, not really comprehending yet what happened to my life through them in 1976 and after that.
5.3. From February 2002 and until spring 2004 Adelheid Kuczka maintain contract with me in that she sent me letters and called me by telephone several times at the refugee camps in the cities of Ter Apel from February 2002 to August 2003 and in the city of Zwolle from September 2003 to April 2004, during which she also often send me gifts per mail.
5.4. My fake son arrive from allegedly USA and I was locked up with him between 27.12.2002 and 7 August 2003 in the refugee camp in the city of Ter Apel, Netherlands, during which I was using most of the time to tell him what happened to me while I was still trying to understand what happened to me, mainly I told him about the evil American government and what they did to me in Germany, USA and the Middle East, but also about my fake family and what they did to me also in the same countries as well as in Switzerland and England and other places, but also I told him about the evil fake Evangelical Lutheran church of the CIA city Unterschleissheim and many other bad things that happened to me. In short, the Dutch government used me in that they first tried to remind me of my past and force me to understand it by teaching me in the hidden some of the tricks that was used on me, then used the time I was with my fake son to listen to us and what I tell him about my findings based on what I discovered since I am in the Netherlands. Many of it was wrong, but many of it was correct and they all wanted to prevent me to continue my findings until Iraq was stolen, which they did steal Iraq with fake reasons in spring 2003. Why Iraq? My life is strongly connected in the hidden with stealing Iraq, because the ex-USA president George W. Bush was raised prior to 1959 among others in Jordan at the evil Bdeir and Abokurah families and Iraq with my own identity, and since then the American military, Bush and Rockefeller families made a lot of plots and joint cooperation with many to steal Iraq, among others with Jordanians, Saudi, Kurdish, Syrians and others, in short with every one that performed this totally unnecessary war, the official ally of the American military such as the Netherland, England, Poland, Spain and many others
5.5. I thought at that time that Abdulhamid Najar was my real son and since he was forced upon my life by the evil American and German government through brainwash and rape performed on me at the illegal American military intelligence project called Calypso in Munich, Germany and since he had allegedly no nationality, I wanted that he has one from where he was born, which is the evil city of Munich, Germany, where my life was a concentrated physical and mental torture from 1970-1986, actually any where I go, my life is a torture and this is due to I am only allowed to go to places that are under 100% control of the evil American military and or the organized crime family Bush, Rockefeller, Windsor, Kennedy and all of their hidden branches such as the Baroudi, Bdeir, Queder/Kwader and so on
5.6. As my fake son Abdulhamid Najar arrived he was entitled to a approved Dutch refugee status as me, but they never gave him this approved status, but rather they were setting me up to leave Netherland and to go to Germany to help him get his right the German citizenship, where he was born by raping me by men and women at that time, that is what I was thinking at that time
5.7. So through the brainwash performed upon me from all sides at that time in and until August 2003 at the Dutch refugee camp, in additional to forced thoughts upon me that I allegedly love Adelheid Kuczka that continued to show herself as if she is an angel by sending me gifts and calling me for hours at a time from Germany to the Netherlands, so I was forced to leave Netherland and go to Germany twice, one time in August 2003 and another time in April 2004
5.8. In Mai 2004 I was unjustly imprisoned for 6 months in Germany, which is the time during which was the election period for the criminal ex-USA president George W. Bush. In this period and from the German prison I wrote a few letters to Adelheid Kuczka blaming her for me being in prison, because she sued me unjustly back in 1984 that I allegedly hit her and therewith prevented me of getting the first step to the German citizenship which was the unlimited residence permit. After these letters Adelheid Kuczka refused to see me and I never understood why, I thought she kept on writing me to the Netherlands and send me gifts and calling me on the phone for hours a time, that she loved me, and now she does not want to meet with me? But it was a set up. Today I realized that she was most probably pretending to be scared of me that I possibly harm her, hit her or even kill her, these thoughts I never had back then, I just thought after 2008, that she may be had these thoughts and was afraid of me to do any of these things especially that I wrote her from the German prison blaming her for my situation. There is one problem with this situation, which the following:
5.8.1. First of all I was delegated to write Adelheid Kuczka by the German police and while I was in prison in 2004, these letters as a mean to force my mind to think that Adelheid Kuczka is the only one to blame for all my misery and not the evil German government members as mentioned above, but also the evil American military intelligence. But also these letters to give the German police legitimacies against me, especially that they were officially reading all letter in prison and also read by the arresting and sentencing judge, and the judge wanted also legitimacy to deport me from Germany. They are all concentrated evil and would stop at nothing to cover their international crimes, at least against me. This brainwash trick is very similar to the brainwash trick they performed upon me between 2000 and 2001, in that they brainwashed me in USA from 1999-2000 to concentrate on Dr. Sami Assassa and his family as if he is the only bad person that was responsible for all my trouble and kidnapping from Germany and forced me to say it loud and I am quoting from before “I am going to hurt that terrorist mother fuckers”, and in Netherland in 2001 they surrounded me with evil criminal CIA and American military intelligence and Dutch agents at the refugee camps especially prior to the vicious bombing of the world trade center on 11.09, 2009, and these agents continued to repeat similar things that I said in USA, such as they allegedly want to go to Sweden or Norway on a secret personal mission and other evil brainwash things.
5.8.2. I was jailed during that period which was the re-election period of the criminal George W. Bush that was using the identity Mohamad Nuzhat Najar and Mohamad Nashaat Naggar alias Nick Naggar in the Middle East at least prior to 1959, and they were trying their best to prevent me of recognizing this prior to the election, but also that the Bush family kidnapped me from Germany in 1986 through the American military intelligence illegal project Calypso, to cover up for my fake family members that were members of the German government at that time and now
5.8.3. They were trying hard to divert my thoughts of the illegal American military intelligence project called Calypso that was 100% trading hostages for weapons money and computer technology, while my fake family members were the negotiators on both ends as Americans, Germans and Palestinian, Lebanese and Syrian/Iranian terrorists
5.8.4. I somehow loved Adelheid Kuczka, and strongly felt for her and her alleged situation as a woman raising a child alone and never thought of harming her in any way what so ever, not in 1984, not in 2004 and not today in 2009 and not in the future, however and if I can prove that she willingly destroyed my life as a brainless American military intelligence agent of Bush agent, then I will prosecute her by law. It was all brainwash set ups.
5.8.5. But also my fake son Abdulhamid Najar and the situation with him, as a big unsolved problem, such as he is not my biological son nor he is the same person as my fake son I had in USA from 1986-1999, but also him arriving in Netherlands allegedly from USA, yet allowed to be in Germany which is against the law, the law says that a refugee in Europe is the responsibility of the first country he enter, in this case it is the Netherland, he was officially in the Netherland for at least 8 months, yet he is in Germany and is allowed to stay in Germany which is breaking the law, in other words the piece of shit German government breaks the law when it is suitable for them, just like the Dutch and American government, therewith there is absolutely no difference between them and North Korea, Iran, China, and the concentrated evil Saudi Arabia that is to blame for the death of millions worldwide, including the vicious bombing of the World Trade Center on 11.09.2001, yet they are under the protection of the evil American military, and they think they can justify all that by just revoking the citizenship of Osama Ben Laden to show as if they have nothing to do with terrorism, but they are not only responsible for most terrorism in our lives since at least 1960s, but in fact they are the body, soul, brain and money of terrorism.
So and in short Adelheid Kuczka done her best to publicly deceive my mind and lure me from Netherland to Germany enable the evil German government can lock me up and prevent me of complaining prior to the re-election of the criminal ex-USA president George W. Bush. But also Abdulhamid Najar alias Guenther Najar alias Anas Najar alias Mido alias Kane Najar is not my son and the best prove for that is that he is allegedly and officially in Germany against the German and Dutch immigration laws. And there with Abdulhamid Najar in Netherland and in cooperation with Adelheid Kuczka in Germany lured me by force of brainwash from Netherland to Germany in August 2003 as cover up for the ESP control. What is wrong with this picture? When Gerhard Schroeder (no profile created, and I wonder why I did not!!) was at that time from 1998 to 2005 or 2006 the Chancellor of Germany and he was officially and very publicly against ex-USA president George W. Bush and against the war in Iraq, yet he was also against me, because one of his major ministers named Wolfgang Clement was under fake identity as my fake boss Mr. Hoegl in 1976-1978 at the company Hoegl Studio Technik in the CIA city Unterschleissheim, and simultaneously he was the brother of Mr. Schilbach the project leader from German side in the illegal American military intelligence project named Calypso that was used between 1983-1986 to brainwash me, terrorize my life with mental and physical torture and then kidnap me from Germany to USA in 1986 and keep me for 15 years as slave and hostage under the control of their whore agent named Najlaa Mahmoud.

All above is a cry out of complaint about something I am prevented by force to understand, during which I am severely unjustly persecuted, tortured, raped by men and women, brainwashed and pushed around my entire life not to have a citizenship to not allow any government officially to protect me against these evil criminals Bush, Rockefeller, Windsor and Kennedy families that are using American military, CIA, FBI, German police and other institutions or persons to persecute me all my life, not to mention their uncountable hidden business allies that stole the life out of me while stealing my money and also not allowing me to work more than a couple of months in one giving company to force my mind to concentrate only on how am I going to survive now and again without a job, which is a very cruel, vicious and sadistic brainwash method to force the mind to go in a never-ending circle to think about nothing else but surviving.
Even today in July 2009 I being forced to live within many never ending or never solved or impossible to solve problems as mean to keep me busy by force of my past, yet I am ignoring all of it to write my complaint pages.
