Features She moved in to the building next to us. She had a
daughter that officially was 8-12 years old and that permanently sucked on
her thumb and she was always punishing her in a very public, vicious and
too obvious way. Today, based on my experience and many situations, I know
for a fact that alleged little girl was a full grown woman, just very
