Circumstances:
First of all I do not trust the American government or any of its affiliates or sub organs such as military, CIA, FBI and so on. One of the reasons for this mistrust is that they all follow order without any care in hurting anyone or destroying their lives as they did to me, and in my case I am 100% innocent of any wrong doings.
However and in the Netherlands, I am very much mentally hurt due to not only the persecution that is constantly performed on me, but also because I am totally shut down, and this due to I do not know or understand the environment I am in and can’t use anything of my life experience, I do not have any money and since I am over 63 years old, I am screwed. Not to mention that everyone I knew since 1959 turned out to be working against me because they are working for the evil Bush, Rockefeller, Windsor and Kennedy families while they are members of CIA and military intelligence.
These thinking are known to everyone around me as well as to the Dutch government because I always say it.
I was several times given hints in the Dutch language school by teachers and administration staff to write a letter with all the crimes performed against me and just put it in the mail box. At the beginning I was prevented to understand that, but and as I understood it almost 6 weeks later, I wrote a letter, reluctantly due to the mistrust, to the FBI complaining to them about what the evil Bush family did to me. Yet I do not have much hope in that they help me in getting my rights and punishing the responsible, because every president and his administration is closely working with the previous president and his administration and they strongly cover up for each other’s and continue the work of each other’s, which is very visible in the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Guantanamo Bay and many other issues, because it is a family business, in this case it is USA president Barak Obama with his foreign minister (Secretary of State) Hilary Rodham-Clinton as continuation of ex-USA presidents George W. Bush (Gondoliza Rice and the evil Dick Cheney) and Bill Clinton, whereby both of these two president held me by force for 15 years in USA as slave and hostage and then dumped me by force in the Netherlands.
On the other side, they could have given me these hints to kill my hopes possibly once I do not receive any response, which it happened most of the times in the past. As far as I recall I never received any response for any of my complaint letters. Killing the hopes means to force me to stop complaining. Also and in the last one year alone I was set up many times, more than 10 times as a part of a brainwash strategy to force my mind to give up, by creating many situations around my life that I was not able to do anything about it.
So I wrote the letter on 21.06.2009 and mailed it and simultaneously faxed it 2 days later.

Subject: Filling a complaint about ex-USA presidents George W. Bush and George H. W. Bush for:
1. Kidnapping me from USA in 1959 by using Mrs. Patricia D’Alesandro Pelosi alias Hayat Baroudi or her identical looking older sister or mother, which I very much doubt. Falsifying my identity and nationality from American George W. Bush to Syrian Mohamad Nuzhat Najar because they were using me as decoy and double, without my knowledge, for George W. Bush. Placing me within an international organized crime family that consisted of American, English military intelligence agents some disguised as German Nazis in hiding and others disguised as Jewish and Israeli and forcing me to believe that these are my actual family members.
2. Brainwashing me and using many American military intelligence agents to keep me as slave and hostage for 10 years in Cairo, Egypt from 1960-1969, during which they rapped me by men and women to confuse my mind as a child to force me to go in an endless circle of self blame, shame and guilt to prevent me of thinking, which is a very cruel and vicious brainwash method used by these criminals.
3. Brainwashing me and torturing me mentally, physically and rapping me by men and women by using the American military intelligence at the American military base named McGraw kasern in 1970-1973 and enslaving me under the American military intelligence agent with the code name Anita Disbray.
4. George H. W. Bush as CIA director brainwashing me and persecuting me to death in 1976-1978 with many CIA agents among others Bush family members in the CIA and American military intelligence city named Unterschleissheim, Germany.
5. Torturing me mentally, physically and rapping me by men and women by using the illegal American, English, Syrian, Iranian, Palestinian, Lebanese illegal military intelligence project that was trading technology, money and weapons for hostages and was known as Oliver North scandal. Enslaving me and kidnapping me from Germany in 1983-1986 to USA and keeping me as slave and hostage under the American/Syrian military intelligence agent and spy with the code name Najlaa Mahmoud that pretended to be Israeli origin that pretending to be Syrian/Lebanese
6. Persecuting me to death to prevent me of recognizing anything in my life even today by among others and in the hidden torturing the life out of me by using all their evil hidden allies living around me in Netherlands and Germany
7. Preventing me of ever getting my rights through an attorney, police or governments to cover up for all the crimes both George W. Bush(s) performed upon me in the name of the fake national security laws that are designed to cover up for all the international crimes heir family members around my life performs in the Middle East and Europe such as mass illegal drugs and many terrorist attacks on Israeli, Palestinian, Germans but also directly on USA and other countries to have a reason to wage a war or protect personal secrets by national security laws.
8. In short the current evil ex-USA president George W. Bush was born in the Middle East and raised as Mohamad Nuzhat Najar in several countries until 1959 and I was born and raised as George W. Bush in USA until 1959, then they exchanged us, wiped off my memory and ever since performed all above crimes against me.
Dear Sir or Madame:
Since March 2000 and from within USA and Germany I have written to “you” several times asking you for help unfortunately without any visible results for my persons, and today I am writing to you from the Netherlands. I mean by the word “you” the government of USA, FBI, CIA, department of Justice and Immigration and Naturalization Services.
It is very difficult for me to write to you again because I do not trust you due to all the damages that was performed upon me by American military, CIA and other American institutions, persons and/or their hidden allies, but I have no other alternative but to try again because I want to put an end to the evil continuous persecution to my person, but also to end this very evil circle of international organized crimes performed against millions of innocents persons in several countries also in USA by my fake family in the Middle East, Europe and USA but also by my biological family the evil Bush Windsor and Rockefeller families that were surrounding my life by force under fake identities ever since 1959 and in this process I discovered uncountable international crimes performed by them in many countries.
I think all the above says it all and it should be sufficient to get your attention and/or reaction.
