Subject: Asking you for help in the following issues:

1. Driver license.

2. I am being persecuted by ESP, stopping whoever is persecuting me with ESP.

3. Getting my real identity and putting an end to the madness and mass fake identities in my family

4. Suing the responsible persons for kidnapping in 1959 from USA, 1986 from Germany and dumping me by force in the Netherlands in 2001, torturing me physically and mentally, rapping me by men and women and isolating me by force while forcing me to be without nationality all my life enable no government or police agency feels responsible for my case

5. Suing some of my fake family members for pretending to be my family, whereby and for point 4 plus 5 I will skip the details for the moment to shorten my letter and I will list these person’s names under the Internet address I am mentioning below as an appendix to this letter that you can access and view

Dear Mr. Werink:

Sorry I can’t correspondence with you in Dutch due to I don’t speak Dutch even though I am officially in the Netherlands since 2001. The lack of Dutch language knowledge is also due to many reasons connected to the issues mentioned below; however my lack of knowledge in the Dutch language is not the issue at the moment, even though it isolates me of my surroundings, and that is one reason why I was brought to the Netherlands by force of American government.

I need your help in the above mentioned issues, if you can’t help me in one or any of the above 3 issues, then I ask you kindly to refer me to an honest attorney that is able to help me in any or in all the above issues.

But first I would like to thank you for all your past help concerning my so called and forced upon me political asylum in the Netherlands.

First issue: driver license:

Even though you asked the Dutch immigration authority in January 2008 to give me back my German driver license, yet I did not receive it. Therefore, I tried to get a replacement of the issuing authority in Bavaria, Germany. Yet they only sent a so called copy of my driver license record or file and instructed me to get an EU (European Union) driver license of my city hall in the Netherlands, due to I am not allowed to live in Germany after they kidnapped me to USA in 1986 because of the reasons listed under the third issue below, and I am forced to live as a refugee in the Netherlands since 2001, but in reality I am a refugee all my life and as far I can remember I am forced to be a refugee by my biological family as a strategy to force me to be without any rights what so ever.

Yet the city hall of the gemeente Bellingwedde, which is Wedde, asked me to file a police report for a missing driver license enable that they issue a Dutch EU replacement driver license for me. However the Dutch police station in the city Winschoten refused to file a report for me and asked me to get my German driver license of the Dutch government that they confiscated in first of all in 2001, even I showed them that you as my attorney tried since January 2008 to get it for me without success, then they asked me to sue them. And based on this the city hall in the gemeente Bellingwedde said they don’t know what to do and can’t give me a replacement at the moment and that they will get back to me after they check with the Dutch authority responsible for driver license. This German driver license has many values for me, some are sentimental, however and the most important issue beside that I want to be able to drive a car, is that this is one of the

few documents that I consider a prove of my life, among others it has my photograph, and since the CIA and FBI stole letterly all my photographs, I need a prove of how I looked like in 1970s, and this driver license is one of the proves

All in all and as many other things in my life, no one feel responsible and every one push me to the others and blame the others, and here again I am the one who is losing. I need my driver license, I had one in USA and in Germany and they stole them from me by force of law, and yet I don’t have any driver license and not allowed to drive a car, and I want urgently to buy a car due to I am forced to live in a very, land wise, large but remote village, even though I don’t have the sufficient money for a car yet, and most definitely I don’t have the money or the will to go to driving school again for something I know by heart for over 30 years and I have the license for it.

Second issue: I am being persecuted by ESP, stopping whoever is persecuting me with ESP:

I do not know what ESP is called in Dutch, however ESP means Extra Sensory Perception and that and based on my experience of the last 8 years that let me discover previous attacks on me at least since the year 1964 and thereafter to discover what ESP is, which it includes Telepathy, thoughts manipulation, and Telekinesis the ability to manipulate objects including physically manipulation of human body such as create sickness in the body among others skin problems, or inflict pain upon others.

Some unknown to me is or are persecuting me with ESP and as far as I can recall. I have complained many times about that, among others to the Dutch police in Apelscha 2006 and in Dokkum in 2007, yet without much or any results.

Whoever is doing what they are doing, they are manipulating my habits and in particular my sleep, and there with my entire sleep habits are fully disturbed. I am oft to most of the times very tired and aggressive due to lack of proper sleep, which it also affects very negatively my schedules, appointments, plans and my dependability at least to myself. They prevent me of going to sleep and/or wake me up after a few minutes to a couple of hours after I go to sleep, and thereafter I can’t go to sleep easily. I am always physically tired and emotionally mentally stressed due to not only ESP thoughts manipulations but also due to lack of proper sleep.

I don’t know what to do, I just know that these persons that are doing that are absolutely mentally sick and dangerous for the general public and I am a member of the general public. I don’t even know if it is a man, a woman or even a child, all I know is that they must be more than one person and that they take turns in persecuting me, and as a result I am 24 hours under ESP manipulation. I am absolutely defenseless without ESP. anyone without ESP is absolutely defenseless against these kinds of vicious ESP attacks. I ask you kindly for help to put an End to that.

Third issue: getting my real identity and putting an end to the madness and mass fake identities in my family:

Until the year 2002 I thought I was born in Syria. Today I have no doubt in my mind that I was kidnapped in 1959 from USA, where they wiped off my memory completely and placed me within an international Mafia (crime organization) with a fake identity, also and today I have absolutely no doubt in my mind and based on my history since 1959 that I am directly related to John D. Rockefeller junior (the second), (I am most probably his son) that faked his own death in 1960 and pretended to be my grant uncle the CIA agent Fuad Khayat in 1959 in Damascus, Syria and between 1960-1963 in Cairo, Egypt for 3 months, and since then many Rockefeller family members were surrounding my life by force of deceive, CIA and military intelligence and the most visible case is John D. Rockefeller the Third that pretended to be my boss the CIA and military intelligence agent Mr. Ruge at the German company named UDF Unternehmensberatungs Dr. Fischer (today is called UDF Consulting AG) based in Stuttgart, Germany and along with his hidden sons and cousins and the ex-USA president George H. W. Bush administration kidnapped me by force to USA where they kept me as slave and hostage for 15 years and then dumped me by force in the Netherlands in 2001. Also I discovered many immediate Bush family members in and around my life since 1959 and until 2006 and in particular when they kidnapped me the second time from Germany in 1986.

Most probably I am the hidden sixth official son of John D. Rockefeller junior (the second) alias my fake grant uncle the CIA agent Fuad Khayat, and there with my other five brothers stole my inheritance, which is in Billions of US Dollars. I really don’t care about money (may be as a result of the long term brainwash and ESP control/manipulation), however what is my right is my right and I want it no matter what.

As a result of them keeping me as hostage and slave (with ESP) for so long I have severe problems that I am trying hard to solve, such as memory problems, general problem in setting relations between issues and things in life, depression, and most of all my intelligence as a human being was dramatically suppressed and was 100% prevented of growing by force of brainwash, ESP and governments persecutions.

Also and not to forget my fake uncle Dr. Farzat Baroudi alias the current professor Joachim Sauer the current official husband of the current German chancellor Angelika Merkel, and my fake uncle Dr. Farzat Baroudi is not only an international criminal, in terrorism, prostitution and a drug lord but also he is the hidden half brother to the current USA president George W. Bush and a hidden Rockefeller son, just like many in my fake family.

Here also I need help, because of many reasons, and I absolutely don’t know where to start and how to approach this problem, the only thing I am sure of is that I must sue my fake and biological family, not only to get my rights and American nationality and inheritance, but also to expose them as the international Mafia and terrorist as they are, because I have discovered many terrorist activities in my family that are used only as distraction of their bad doings and as an excuse for them to enrich their selves by mass killing innocent people from any country or faith what so ever just to steal their land, the most rare/scarce commodity in our life due to it is and at the moment limited to our planet only, and every criminal want to steal as much land as possible, which is very visible in former Yugoslavia, Iraq and Afghanistan wars, which I can also see immediately around my life and in the entire Middle East and Germany since 1959.

To make it short I kindly ask you for help, or at least delegate me to the right direction

Here also I will create under the same Internet links mentioned above a specific pages limited to this matter with the content of the real identities of some of the members of my fake family and fake friends surrounding my life by force to keep me isolated and as slave all my life, also I will limit the information to highlights only, whereby I will ink to details in other pages/website.

This letter became already much longer than I wanted it to be.

Today and exactly before 8 years on July 4^th 2000, the famous American Independence day, I was sleeping on the street in front of the American INS (Immigration and Naturalization Services) building in Houston, Texas, USA protesting my situations and me being in USA and I had no chance to think or find out how come I am in USA at that time. I was heavily manipulated by ESP and was forced to think that I am doing all that due to I am protesting and had some papers hanging with wordings such as “please free me on this independence day” or “I want to go home to Munich, Germany” and absolutely no one come through for me and tried to understand what makes a person want to voluntarily leave USA this way, while forced by ESP to think I was protesting. Actually my entire life is one huge protest, many noticed and no one cared, the only one that did not notice was me, and the worse stab in the back that I get in my life was not only of my family, but also of my church in the CIA city Unterschleissheim, Germany, where many Bush and Rockefeller family members lived and live even until today with fake German identities. Sorry for mentioning this point, I just remembered it and I think it is related to the issues I am asking you to help me on.
